Our Simple Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your High Chair Thingy™, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, including original shipping costs. That's it -- simple!
Shipping
We will ship your Thingy(s) within one (1) business day of receiving your paid order. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at time of payment. If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible, as we prepare our shipments promptly after payment is received. Payments made via a PayPal account (not credit card) must be shipped to a confirmed PayPal address.
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 per order, whether you buy 1 or 100 Thingys. This rate is for FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping (at our discretion) to the United States and Territories. Please contact us for international and expedited shipping rates.
Returns
Before returning a High Chair Thingy™, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and instructions. You may contact us via our website or by email at info@highchairthingy.com. Return Authorization Codes cannot be issued over the telephone. Returns received without a RAC will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping arrangements and cost. We recommend using a trackable service for return shipping.
Sales Tax
AMJ Specialties, LLC charges sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of Georgia. Orders shipped outside the state of Georgia will not be charged sales tax.
